Solufonds becomes Solutions & Funds
The Swiss fund management company Solufonds, based in Morges and Zurich, has been operating under the name "Solutions & Funds" since November 2022. After fourteen years on the market, the company is setting a new course with a new appearance - both visually and in terms of content.
The financial markets have been subject to strong dynamics in the past decade and especially in recent months. When the environment moves, the fund management also moves. With the step towards a new appearance, Solutions & Funds (S&F) takes into account the circumstances that the company, which was founded in French-speaking Switzerland, is and will be active beyond the borders of French-speaking Switzerland and, in the future, also of Switzerland. Nevertheless, S&F remains true to its roots.
Fund business is a business of scale
While the company used to be entrusted mainly with the management of real estate funds, the business segment has been expanded in recent years and, in particular, the private debt division has been built up. With 12 real estate funds on offer, the company is still the largest real estate fund management company in Switzerland. In addition, S&F offers ten other funds outside the real estate sector. In the Swiss market, collective investments structured as L-QIF, among others, represent an opportunity in the future - even if this innovation still raises question marks in terms of its concrete design. S&F is keeping a watchful eye on developments in terms of regulation.
"Today we are broader and more diverse. This is reflected both in our client structure and in the company culture," says Andreea Stefanescu, CEO Solutions & Funds, describing the development of the company she joined five years ago. Today, Solutions & Funds serves clients throughout Switzerland with assets under management totalling CHF 5.5 billion. Partnerships have existed in part as long as the fund management company has existed.
New appearance: Fund management is an art
Like the signature of an artist on his work, the new logo allows clear orientation and at the same time represents the company values. As a creative element, the brushstroke connects the corners of the hexagon and thus defines the structure of the form. The hexagon, which is abundant in nature as a solid structure, stands for the basis and the network of the company that has been built up over many years.
