Solutions & Funds wins Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) as a new major client
Starting from January 2025, Solutions & Funds (S&F) will become the new management company of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV (ERRES). With net assets estimated at CHF 1.97 billion, this SICAV is one of the largest real estate funds in Switzerland.
From January 1, 2025, Solutions & Funds will take over the management and administration of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV. With the integration of ERRES, S&F strengthens its position as the leading independent real estate fund management company in Switzerland. S&F will be responsible for the management and administration of six real estate SICAVs and a total of 26 investment funds.
